Bakery Plešec was founded in 1954 by Franci Plešec Depala in the village. Founder of the bakery was named the "Uncle Pretzels with" , since his career began by selling sweet pretzels, made by French recipe. Pastry bakery Plešec is today one of the oldest pastry bakery in Slovenia. Family tradition now continues Bostjan son, who with dedication manufactures a wide selection of sweets and chocolate products.
